Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die is now streaming in Australia exclusively on Prime Video.

What is Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die about?

We find ourselves in a Los Angeles diner when a dishevelled man suddenly bursts in and desperately informs the customers and staff that he’s from the future, and that they are the only ones who can avert the dark fate awaiting humanity. The thing is, he’s tried this before – and when it goes horribly wrong, he travels back again to give it another shot.

The other thing is that everyone there has some kind of beef with modern technology, particularly AI and social media: teachers Mark and Janey worry about tech’s effect on their students, Ingrid has a kind of allergy to it, and so on. It feels a little like a Black Mirror episode that leans more heavily into comedy than usual.
